​At NOBILIS, we protect your personal privacy, and we strive for a high level of security in our data protection work. This policy describes how we collect and use personal data, and how we work to protect the information using both technical and organisational protection measures. "Personal data" means all kinds of information that can be linked to you as a living natural person. The policy also describes what rights you have with regard to our processing of your personal data, and how you should proceed to exercise these rights. NOBILIS processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, also known as the "GDPR" after its English name General Data Protection Regulation).

Which personal data does NOBILIS handle?

At NOBILIS, we collect certain personal information from you as a customer or subscriber of our newsletter:
  • The information from subscribers is only name and email address.
  • Our corporate customers' information is name, address, email address, telephone and invoice information.

  • Subscribers 'and customers' email addresses are only used to send out our newsletters and customer information.
  • Supplementary information for customers can be used to improve your experience in working with NOBILIS.
  • Corporate customers' information is used for invoicing, customer agreements and customer contact.
  • Your information may also appear in certain logs when using NOBILIS 'services.

  • NOBILIS does not save your data longer than necessary but is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer used.

  • NOBILIS uses as few cookies as possible on the website.
  • A cookie is a small text file that the website you are visiting requests to be saved on your computer.
  • NOBILIS uses cookies to operate important functions on the website, e.g. to keep track of the site and which products you have selected in connection with this function.
